Obama is trying to play the race card to his advantage, trying to get the American public to feel bad for him to hide his lack of any creditable experience. The only time race has been an issue has been when the Obama campaign has brought it up. Why is Obama so scared to hold a town hall type debate? Maybe because he'll be exposed to be the empty suit that he really is. If Obama is really ready to 'Change' America why does he keep flipping his stance on important positions such as offshore drilling ? Mr. Obama is nothing but a puppet well trained in reading prepared speaches, touting ideas that have failed time and time again. Race is not the issue, incompetence is.
