Is everyone sick of zombies yet? We can’t go an hour without seeing or hearing about them. Seems every other movie, TV show, and/or video game features ‘em. We feel like it’s only a matter of time before they jump the zombified shark, right? Probably not. The Walking Dead got renewed for a third season and one of the most anticipated movies of 2012 is World War Z (as in Zombie). The key to a great horror film, on top of the obvious ‘hot chick running around in tight pants’ and ‘use of unconventional weaponry that takes way too long to finish off its intended victim’, is in its villain. We’ve seen some good, some bad, and some incredibly ugly – so without further ado, here are the best of the best and the best of the worst.

But nowhere am I more delusionally confident than when it comes to a zombie apocalypse. Never mind the fact that, in real life, I both get winded running up a flight of stairs and hate strong smells. I could still survive –nay, thrive — in a zombie apocalypse.

Many celebrities hate the paparazzi. While on a good day this may just result in angry words, on a drunken day it could result in an attack. Sure it sucks for the paparazzo, but it’s awesome for us!

Gone are the days when men would rule the “tough guy” roles in film. More and more women have made their way into the leading roles where strength and tenacity are key. These women have fought everything from zombies to psychotic murderers, all while bringing class and hotness to the screen. These are the truly badass women of Hollywood and it’s time they get some recognition.

Friday’s mid-term, asking out the cute girl you sit next to in chem lab, and where to apply for grad school are all things people our age worry about. Failure, rejection, and the future are all pretty scary, but they’re small potatoes when compared to the end of the world as we know it; something a very good friend of mine is concerned with.
