As you must already know, Brooklyn’s McCarren Park Pool is out of commission for a while because of construction projects planned there. Because of this, the free concert Pool Parties, which have become a huge success in New York and are expanding to other cities this year, will now be taking place along the East River. Following the Swine flu epidemic on TV is pretty intense. Way better than Bird Flu, and a contender with the economic recession. Today, I saw a couple people on the New York City streets sporting surgical masks. If this trend continues soon New York is going to look like China. I didn’t want to be left out…
