With today’s kick-off of the 95th Rose Bowl, we thought it only fitting to feature former 2000 Rose Queen beauty Sophia Bush as the first Miss COED of 2009. In addition to her numerous big and small screen roles (National Lampoon’s Van Wilder and the WB’s One Tree Hill just to name a few), this buxom USC-ex was voted #90 on FHM’s Sexiest Women of 2007 and #24 on Maxim’s Hot 100 of the same year. Let’s hope 2009 brings us a little more Bush… Sophia Bush.

I am not really interested whether Ryan Reynolds is still dating Alanis Morissette or Scarlett Johansson. But I do have questions concerning his suddenly-jacked self.
Reynolds transformed his body when he was preparing for his role of Van Wilder Hannibal King in Blade Trinity. He did not only gain 20 pounds of muscles, but also reduced his body fat percentage from 11% to 3%.Reynolds trained under the guidance from Darren Chapman. Many dropped their jaws after seeing Reynolds’ solid body on big screen.
Find out his secret behind this successful change which took about 5 months in How To Build Body Like Ryan Reynolds? (more…)
