Twenty-Two year old Amber Stratton is going into her senior year at University of Delaware and it’s about time we feature her hottness on COED again.

At the time Amber was the sexiest Miss COED we had featured to date and she still commands my vote for  Miss COED of the Year 2008. If you know of anyone hotter, tell us about her in the comment section.
