As the NFL celebrated Halloween weekend, there were definitely some hair-raising moments. The “Birds” blew out the ‘Boys, the Rams upset the Saints, Tim Tebow got “Tebowed”, Percy Harvin wanted a little Captain off him, Mike Vick’s hands aren’t noticeable, and Troy Polamalu enjoys punch. I’m not on the Pittsburgh Steelers, but I’m pretty sure that its a good idea to have a healthy fear of Troy Polamalu. This teammate of his didn’t get that memo, because he has no problem going up behind Troy and buzzing off some of his hair. The whole time, I thought that Troy was just luring him in like he does time and time again with QBs, only to pounce at the last second. Yeah, didn’t happen. Troy’s gonna have a bald spot for some time now.

You know that mode in Madden where you can pick a classic team for the past and pit them head to head with another classic team? ’72 Dolphins vs. ’07 Patriots, ’85 Bears vs. ’92 Cowboys, ’67 Packers vs. ’78 Steelers? Well, with bowl season kicking into high gear, we thought we’d overlook such travesties as the Meineke Car Care Bowl, and focus on bowl games we’d love to see played between two historically epic football teams.

Jennifer Lynn represented The University of Maryland along with two other titillating Terps in Playboy’s Girls of the ACC pictorial that appeared in the October 2009 issue.
