Last night, I went to the New York City premiere of Friends with Benefits at Ziegfeld Theater then hit the after-party at The Standard’s Boom Boom Room. Security was tight and there was an absolutely no film/camera policy but I managed to sneak my phone in and snap off a ton of pictures. Supermodel Kate Moss tied the knot with The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince over July 4th weekend. Celebrity attendees included Butthole Surfers lead man Gibby Haynes, Kelly Osbourne, Marc Jacobs, Jude Law, Jack White, and Paul McCartney. Not a bad guest list. Terry’s shoots are always on point but these photos are surreal. This is must’ve been what the original Studio 54 was like back in the day – just celebs hob knobbin’ like a high school reunion on steroids. COED favorite photographer Terry Richardson was the lucky man behind the lens and judging by the behind the scenes video, it was fairly tame by Terry’s standards. Mrs. Brand still looked pretty in pink and delicious in a Hershey’s kisses bra. She almost made a limp water hose hard. The “Enjoy God” Coca-Cola spoof shirt was a little much.
