Last year (3 days ago), we told you about the Playboy New Year’s Eve party that one of our writers Adam had been invited to in Chicago. Not only is a contributor here at COED but he’s also a Campus Representative for Playboy at Southern Illinois University. This is his story about celebrating the biggest night of the year with Playmates Summer Altice, Amanda Cerny, Alison Waite, Ashley Mattingly and musical performer Baby Bash.

When he found out Playboy was throwing a huge New Year’s Eve bash in his hometown of Chicago, he emailed his boss, and a week later, received two tickets. September 23rd is Celebrate Bisexuality Day. Bisexuals remain the single most curious phenomenon. I’ve argued ad nauseum with many friends about whether or not someone can be a “true” bisexual – does that mean they have to split time equally boning boys and girls? Where’s the scoreboard? We’ve been looking forward to the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen ever since it was announced, however, it seems Charlie’s backed off his near year-long, high-octane rampage over trolls. His ‘best wishes’ mini-speech at the Emmys indicates that maybe Sheen really had overdosed on Sheen; that sanity had been restored and the haggard, wild-eyed man who housed goddesses was now turning over a new leaf. While we understand it’s humanly impossible to keep up “the crazy train” forever, we’d like to pay homage to a man who might’ve paid for a lot of p*ssy but still got a fair amount of fine trim free of charge. September 9th is the anniversary of California becoming the 31st state. Did we know what we were getting into when it joined our country? Would we have accepted it had we known then what we know now. Today’s Miss COED, Marilyn Monroe, was Playboy’s first ever Playmate, though back in December 1953 when the first issue was published, it was known as the “Sweetheart of the Month“. The traditional definition of “playmate” is one who is “a companion at play”.
