Forty-eight-year-old Chicagoan Michael David Barrett was apprehended by the FBI Friday night for allegedly modifying the peepholes of ESPN’s Sexiest Sportscaster Erin Andrews’ hotel room doors and videotaping her as she undressed. Barrett is charged with interstate stalking with the intent to harass, intimidate and cause emotional distress to the victim. It is actually amazing that one person can make the conscious decision NOT to learn from her previous mistakes. But to make a sex tape with a greasy “paparazzo” who looks like the slimiest dude on the Earth, gives me hope that I can eventually get my girlfriend to crack.

Woman Sues U. Florida Fraternity & Two Students Over Sex Tape

A woman filed a $15,000 lawsuit against UF’s Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and two UF students, one of whom she had sex with in the fraternity house while the other secretly videotaped the act.

Benjamin Farias, 21, had consensual sex in his room in the fraternity house. Farias arranged for his fraternity brother, UF accounting senior Kyle B. Kraft, 21, to videotape while hiding under a blanket on another bed without the woman’s knowledge.Kraft videotaped the woman naked for more than 20 minutes before she spotted the camera lens protruding from the blanket. The woman then wrestled with Kraft to take the videotape, and she reported the incident to Gainesville Police. [uWire]

It’s rumored that Tom Brady and his supermodel girlfriend Gisele Bundchen were caught on on tape having sex in the wine cellar of Phillippe, a popular Manhattan restaurant.

Apparently Tom and Gisele are not the only celebrities to be caught on this security camera. A source told the Post that, “they’ve seen tape of other celebrities like Sean ‘P-Diddy’ Combs and actress Sienna Miller in wine cellar doing the same thing.” Could it be? Is this really happening? [wbztv]
