Last night, young Hollywood was out in full force for the premiere of Scream 4 at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. While many are speculating about the top kills and thrills, fans attending the red carpet got plenty of the latter when the film’s hotties Hayden Panettiere, Alison Brie, Anna Paquin, Kristen Bell, Marley Shelton, Aimee Teegarden, Marielle Jaffe, Shenae Grimes and Julia Roberts’ niece Emma Roberts made us want to holler back, young’n. The long awaited fourth installment of the Scream franchise is set to hit theaters, Friday, April 15th. The internet’s a buzz with rumors about the killer’s identity and whether or not Gale – played by Courtney Cox Arquette – will die. The film stars Anna Paquin, Kristen Bell, Neve Campbell, Community’s Alison Brie, and Hayden Panettiere just to name a few.
