A Pickup Artist’s Guide to Picking Up Ann Coulter

mysteryheartsannWhen the news broke recently that Ann Coulter had been dumped by her boyfriend, whose body she apparently hasn’t had a chance to eat yet, word quickly spread through the pickup artist community that a new top prize was loose on the field. You see, Ann is to pickup artists what ten point bucks are to hunters. She is their Moby Dick. Successfully picking her up would be the most impressive display of game maybe ever, or at least since John Smith famously day gamed Pocahontas back in the 1400s.

Ann’s eligibility has ignited a fierce debate amongst seasoned PUAs: how does one effectively employ Mystery’s teachings when your target is the most deranged female (who wasn’t born by Judy Garland) on the planet? Tried and true methods like negging and magic tricks are guaranteed to work on any woman no matter what, but since your target might not be entirely human, these techniques need to be adjusted accordingly in order to be 100-percent effective. Obama and McCain Debate 2008: Energy, War and Money

To begin, it doesn’t matter how we got where we are. I really don’t care how often Obama wants to talk about who is to blame, but we are here now, we are screwed and we have to get out. The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless will also be providing bus passes to get to events outside walking distance to facilitate the exodus. (more…)

romney-endorses-mccain-21408.jpg

Sen. John McCain will choose businessman and former Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney as Vice President, in his bid for the White House this November, a source closely connected with the McCain campaign, who asked to remain anonymous, told us earlier this afternoon.

Though others were close in the running, the choice ultimately came down to the money–not the man. According to our source, the campaign narrowed their Vice Presidential options to Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney, the two most successful opponents of McCain in the bid for the Republican nomination. But despite Huckabee’s sway with far Right conservatives and evangelical voters, Romney packs the deepest fund-raising pockets. (more…)

Colbert Denied Candidacy

Stephen ColbertThe word: unfortunate.

Stephen Colbert of the Colbert Report was snubbed of his dream Thursday – the dream of running America.

After paying the $2,500 filing fee needed to run as a Democrat in South Carolina Colbert was to be considered a presidential hopeful, until South Carolina’s executive committee stunted his publicity stunt, with Carol Fowler (the state party Chairwoman) citing that “[the committee takes] their responsibilities seriously. Our rules are pretty specific about what makes a legitimate candidate.”

Was the million-and-change strong Facebook group and endless publicity all for naught?

Since Colbert also refused to pay the outrageous sum of $35,000 to run on the Republican ticket it looks like this fantasy is coming to an end. (more…)
