When I saw that Reddit made a guide to fitness, I was pretty sure it was just going to be a bunch of ‘motivational photos’ to help you work out those forearms – I was wrong. In fact, this infographic is the brainchild of Reddit Fitness (Fittit) and the users all left some pretty helpful advice on how you can get started on that New Year’s resolution. Of course, you’re going to need to do more than read an infographic on the internet but even the Arnold needed to start somewhere.

I was flipping through Reddit last night and was happily surprised when I saw a new meme blowing up. It’s called “Third World Success Kid” and it’s a lolz combination of the “Success Kid” and the “It’s Friday, N*****!” text message that’s goin’ around. While the original “SK” was created to help convey a serious #winning emotion, this new one is a little more twisted (and therefore) funny. John Pike, the policeman who pepper sprayed peaceful protestors at UC Davis.
