Since graduating high school, the only sport I participate in drinking. As with any sport, warming up is essential to keep healthy and injury-free. I find that power hour is a great way to stretch your stomach because it offers beer, music, and shots. Girls like it because everyone can join and it requires no skill whatsoever.
