December 1st’s a day that most NFC East fans could do without because it’s DeSean Jackson’s birthday. Love him or loathe him, it’s impossible to deny his incredible speed – but do his legs make him a dominant offensive threat? Haters will say that he has brick hands (@NFLFantasy “DeSean Jackson is dropping TD passes like it’s his job. Except it’s not.”), while fans of “God’s Gif” will say that he simply can’t be covered. As the NFL celebrated Halloween weekend, there were definitely some hair-raising moments. Wide receivers Percy Harvin and Brandon Tate tested positive for marijuana during February’s NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis, two sources told FOXSports.com. The news could be potentially damaging to the receivers’ stock during this weekend’s NFL draft.

It should be of no surprise to you that we at COED pulled for the Gators in BCS Championship game. Sure Sam Bradford seems like a stand-up guy, and the Sooners have a smokin’ hot cheerleadering squad, but ever since our mind blowing road trip to Gainsville for the LSU vs UF game in October our loyalty has been with the Gators.
