With the conference finals starting up this week, I thought this would be a good time to revisit the longest current postseason droughts and streaks in the NBA. There has been a good deal of parity with NBA teams and making the playoffs lately. With that being said, there have still been some teams that have had to wait an embarrassingly long time between playoff berths. When getting your basketball team together, it helps to give them a name that is memorable, marketable and – above all – imposing. The NBA Playoffs, simply put, are awesome. In the next two months you’ll see more action than Mark Sanchez after an an SNL afterparty.
