It seems like a long time ago, but the year started on a low note with the massive Haitian earthquake. A volcano in Iceland volcano erupted, disrupting flights all across Europe. In other awful news, the oil platform exploded, leaking oil everywhere. Thanks, BP. Not all was bad though, as the 33 Chilean miners were saved after a record 69 days. If you can’t remember the sounds of 2010, then you’ve got serious memory issues – but it saw the second (or third/fourth) coming of electronic music.
