Out of all the places on Earth that this dude could have decided to get his rocks off, he had to choose to park his SUV – with the sunroof open – in front of an office building with a bunch of people who could look down and capture his voyeuristic escapades on tape. Sorry dude – covering up with a towel doesn’t mean you’re invisible, just sayin’.
