When you’re looking at the Internet or TV or movies, it seems like smokin’ hot blondes, like Kelly Spencer here, are a dime a dozen. (We can dream, can’t we?) But if you think about it, being blonde is one of the rarest things on the planet. Basically all of Asia, the Middle East, South America, Central America and the continent of Africa are inhabited by brunettes, not to mention most of the rest of the world.
