In the world of print and internet zines, December is a time for wrap-up lists and things to lookout for in the coming year. Thankfully for us, FHM’s January 2009 issue wraps-up and sends us off with three of our favorite things past, present and future… Olga, Megan and Katie.  In addition to some hot new pics, the new FHM UK sports a free calendar featuring the hottest women of the year that almost was.  Can you say sexy???

As usual, last night’s Video Music Awards sucked a**.  The geniuses at MTV have succeeded in turning what was once a borderline semi-entertaining awards show into a series of tedious advertisements between more advertisements.  Great Job!

But despite all the foolishness, the sexy starlets came out in numbers, and for the most part, were looking dy-no-mite.  So, rather than making you search thru all those grocery-store-checkout-line-webzines for a little bit o’ VMA leg, we have taken it upon ourselves to weed out the wack and give you the jack.

BTW Pink- You saying “Lemme Check My Flow” in a song has a way different connotation than when Eminem says it… and the thought makes me throw up in my mouth a little bit.

Yes boys and girls, the Christian Right is once again having a roar over a ‘life imitates art’ moment that occured during a recent Katy Perry show.  Turns out, the 23 year-old pop-sensation ’snogged’ 16 year-old, lesbian Jenna Buhmann while performing her big Summer hit “I Kissed A Girl” on the Washington leg of the Warped Tour.

The seemingly innocent kiss, coupled with the song’s message has caused feelings of outrage to her Christian preacher parents.  Her mother came out on record citing “I hate the song. It promotes homosexuality and its message is disgusting.”  Surprisingly, the jail-bait recipient of the kiss does not share the same sentiment, as she expressed herself on her YouTube blog. Alls I can say is thank God cute Katy’s not a Kyle or he’d probably find himself holed up in the clink.
