Kanye, I’mma let you finish, but I just wanted to say that you are the most conceited and ignorant celebrity in Hollywood right now. You may have a sick new album out and I’m still a fan of your music, but please… keep your mouth shut. Or learn some social etiquette. Or at the very least, learn some grammar. Guys love to hate celebrities for one stupid reason or another. Sometimes it’s because our wives or girlfriends have a crush on them or sometimes it’s because they’re overrated, untalented nobodies who people obsesses over for no reason. Either way, we can all agree that cocky douchebags are the worst celebrities of them all, well, other than the non-celebrity celebrities (I’m talking to you, Jersey Shore). Wednesday night, South Park’s new episode tore Kanye West a new one (see clip below), for being such an arrogant douche. But it looks like the hitmaker has seen the light, having responded to the episode on his blog with surprising self-reflection from someone who’s already announced themself to be the “voice of this generation.”

If you hadn’t noticed, we here at COED had a F’ing awesome time at 2009′s South by Southwest (SXSW) festival. But can you blame us? We got to hang out with Hannah Hilton and Meggan Mallone, saw a once-in-a-lifetime Jane’s Addiction show at the Playboy party, caught Kanye West’s secret show at Fader Fort and saw tons of beautiful music babes. But we’ve saved the best for last…

The coolest spot at this year’s SXSW is definitely the Levi’s/FADER Fort. And tomorrow night, it’s going to get a lot better: We just received confirmation from a very in-the-know, anonymous source that Kanye West is confirmed to play the Fader Fort Saturday night at 8:45pm, putting to rest what has to be the biggest rumor of SXSW 2009.
