Many would argue the best part of SNL is the Digital Short. Thanks to Andy Samberg, his comedy group Lonely Island, and celebrity cameos, we have such gems as “Dick In A Box“, “Natalie (Portman) Raps”, “Lazy Sunday“, “I Just Had Sex“, “Like A Boss“, “I’m On A Boat“, “Jizz In My Pants“. One video that doesn’t get as much credit, but should, is the quick-hitting short called, “Business Meeting with Rainn Wilson“. There are so many off-the-wall characters thrown into your face at breakneck speed, it’s hard to keep up, but the one character that stands out with a delicious performance is the Gigantic Turkey Sub. ‘Lazy Sunday’, which has gone on to become the stuff of legends, was, to put it mildly, f*cking hilarious. A simple concept turned into pure comedy gold. It went on to become a viral mega-hit on the internet, made SNL relevant again overnight, and most importantly, introduced the world to a new force in the world of comedy: The Lonely Island.
