New Year’s Eve, the sh*tty spin-off to Valentine’s Day, releases today (12/9). I know of 1 person who’s looking forward to it, and it’s my female roommate. The girls in the office have no intention of hitting up the theater. In fact, we’re all wondering how something like this gets made after the travesty that was V-Day. Is it really just an excuse to hang out with other stars? How about you do that on your own time? Oh, because it rakes in millions at the box office F*ck. November 7th is National Magazine Day. When you’re looking to buy a magazine, the first thing you see is the cover (editor’s note: Duh). Seeing a lot of pink lately? Even though the color doesn’t exist, it’s for a good cause – breast cancer awareness. October’s slowly becoming our favorite month, between the World Series, Halloween, and all this talk about boobs. In previous years, we raised your awareness with the best breasts of all-time. This year, we’ve decided to keep the list to 2011′s top news-making, buzzworthy women with 100% real racks. You’ve gotta hand it to these women, they’re really taking the phrase ‘wife beater’ back. I often think that the best thing a hottie can wear is something ridiculously simple because a sexy girl is going to look sexy, straight up. Bells and whistles only distract from t*ts and @ss. And we know anytime something’s great, there’s usually a holiday or observance to celebrate it. Hence, National Lipstick Day (which is July 29th). During our Hugh-mongous Hugh Weekend back in April, we posted Playboy’s Sexiest Celebrities 2011 list and asked you who you thought was the sexiest. The top 3 vote getters? Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman, and Olivia Wilde. None of the 3 have ever posed totally nude nor have they posed for Playboy. While Playmates are hot, nothing’s hotter than seeing a celebrity pictorial. Why? We don’t know. Maybe because it’s so rare? Maybe because it’s taboo? Maybe it’s the grand reveal? Whatever the reason, we decided to release our wish list of female celebs we’d like to see nude in Playboy. After more than 5 million votes, their 10th annual list revealed a blend of fresh, new faces along with seasoned veterans like Gisele Bundchen and Angelina Jolie who’ve made it onto all 10 editions. James Cameron’s extended cut of Avatar on DVD and Blu-ray released this past Tuesday (11/16). Though it’s the most commercially successful movie ever, many believe it’s a complete rip-off of Disney’s Pocahontas. While there seem to be a great deal of coincidences, there’s one great distinction between the two: we’d much rather spit game to a sexy Native American than some 10 foot tall blue catwoman.
