Yesterday, we showed you a compilation of the best fail videos of June. Today, we bring you another compilation, but this time it’s much more… shocking! These guys all try on shock collars meant for dogs – some of them activate only after barking, some of them after the press of a button. After it goes off, the reactions are hilarious. These idiots sound like their choking on something fierce. Actually, I should probably get one of these and put it on one of our College Candy co-workers. They’re always growling about something.
