September 9th is the anniversary of California becoming the 31st state. Did we know what we were getting into when it joined our country? Would we have accepted it had we known then what we know now. All those natural disasters, the insurmountable debt, the flakes! While most people wish it would fall into the ocean or at the very least separate and become an island, we say nay! Claire Sinclair, Miss October 2010 was officially named 2011 Playboy Playmate of the Year at the Palms Casino in Vegas Friday night. Unlike in years past, the crowning was prematurely announced a month early on the season finale of the E! show Holly’s World. Hope Dworaczyk was on hand with COED faves Jaime Faith Edmondson and Crystal Harris in addition to Hef, Marston and a slew of other playmates.
