What makes a school frat? Just because your school has a greek system does not make it frat. National greek house needs to make money, so if a student can gather enough support to get the national office’s attention then that person can be granted a charter for a house. Is a school that has a good athletic program automatically make it frat? A solid athletic program allows the university to have a frattier experience but by no means is that school frat. Example: University of Southern California is not frat. Southern Methodist University is FRAT. Please refer to the descriptions below to determine if your school is indeed FRAT. Ah, the Ancient Greek Gods. When they’re not eating their own children, or sexually assaulting our women, they’re monkeyshining us into killing our families. Such is the plight of Kratos, the sword-swinging star of the mega-popular, and mega-violent, God of War.

No, not toga. Yoga. As in stretching and breathing. As in Fraternity b… Click to read more

Being in a sorority I have my reservations about ABC Familyâs new show, âGrΣΣkâ?, since whenever a portrayal of us is attempted itâs almost always negative. Not to mention that it always drives me crazy when people spell “Greek” with sigmas in place of “E”. Every Greek knows that while “sigma” might LOOK li… Click to read more
