It’s no secret we’re big fans of the Dirka Dirka here at COED. He’s not THAT much of a common household name in the U.S. Seriously, stop 10 people on the street and ask them who Dirk is and be prepared to get some ridiculous answers. Sure, NBA fans know him but he’s no Michael Jordan. Not true in Germany. He’s a God over there. He’s on billboards, cereal boxes, and buses. You name it, he’s on it. So, it’s safe to say the Dirkness is basketball’s equivalent of The Hoff. Or, if you’re like the German dude in this video, he’s “The German Moses”. We at COED Magazine can’t believe no one’s picked up on this yet! While everyone’s ranting and raving all over the web about how cute this dog’s guilty face is, the pooch’s squinted eyes and clenched teeth are totally a dead ringer for Gilbert Gottfried. The offensive comedian and former host of USA’s Up All Night was recently fired for his “tasteless” tweets about the earthquake in Japan. We assume he made the same face as this dog when he caught wind of his dismissal. If you really want to get the full effect you’ll probably want to play one of Gottfried’s comedy routines over this video; believe us, you’ll be debating over who has the filthier mouth for days. Those crazy Russians, am I right? Seems they’re always surprising us with their knowledge about space and passion for trippy music. I honestly didn’t know drumstep existed before this morning. I assume it’s the reason 2002′s Drumline was made? Anyways, this video has the feel of something that would pop out of the womb of Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job, which relies heavily on its editing for its humor. No matter how hard you try, there’s one thing in the world that you’ll never come back from if you’re an up-and-coming rapper, it’s blowing chunks on stage. People love babies. That’s why you see an endless parade of commercials featuring them. Take those annoying eTrade commercials. There’s a reason they keep pumpin’ em out – ‘cuz some barren baby crazy crack den of wannabe moms literally sh*ts a fit when they see infants. Me? I can’t f***ing stand talking babies. Creeps me right the f*** out. However… I did enjoy Pearl The Landlord. So, basically, I like when babies do or say funny sh*t without the aid of computer generated graphics. Babies in their natural state, if you will.  That is why this trailer for a short movie by Johannes Nyholm called “Las Palmas” is so brilliant. It’s just a baby being a baby – knocking back drinks and stumbling around destroying a miniature bar. You takin’ notes, eTrade? See the video after the jump!

Many would argue the best part of SNL is the Digital Short. Thanks to Andy Samberg, his comedy group Lonely Island, and celebrity cameos, we have such gems as “Dick In A Box“, “Natalie (Portman) Raps”, “Lazy Sunday“, “I Just Had Sex“, “Like A Boss“, “I’m On A Boat“, “Jizz In My Pants“. One video that doesn’t get as much credit, but should, is the quick-hitting short called, “Business Meeting with Rainn Wilson“. There are so many off-the-wall characters thrown into your face at breakneck speed, it’s hard to keep up, but the one character that stands out with a delicious performance is the Gigantic Turkey Sub. What can we possibly say about the following beer pong dunk montage? Truth be told, we’ve seen many of these videos before in long form, but when you edit each clip down to about three seconds, put them into one single video with a kickass song in the background, it’s new all over again! This is amazingly hilarious, and painful to watch all at the same time. Wait till you see grandpa join in on the fun at the end!

I’m not what you call a sports expert. Not that I’m bad at sports (other than basketball, which I should never play, for any reason), it’s just that I’m not an expert. So take this with a grain of salt when I say, I think of these guys f**ked up. Maybe it’s just my amateur eye, but something’s wrong when this happens…
