The direct sequel to CoD: MW2 follows the continuing storyline of U.S. forces battling an invasion by the Russian Federation following the framing of an undercover U.S. agent in a terrorist attack on Moscow. It releases November 8th. Nothing gets us more pumped than being able to play the game ON RELEASE DAY. That’s why we’re going to help two lucky fans do just that! When I first saw the trailer for Bulletstorm, it seemed almost comically generic, yet another over-the-top gore-fest FPS set in a barren wasteland of mutants, savages and whatnot. Then Fox News printed an article titled “Is Bulletstorm the Worst Video Game in the World?” that described that game as something that, if played for even a few moments, would turn even the most angelic of children into a murder-loving, rape-obsessed psychopath. The article and the trailer seemed to belong on two completely different planes of existence, and I began to wonder about the game itself. Just what is this Bulletstorm. At 12:00 this morning Halo 3 was unleashed to the masses with an anticipation rivaled only by the biggest big-budget movies.
Being a relative newbie to the series – I had to play a lot of catch-up, as I only recently purchased an Xbox 360 – the Halo experience I have denied for so long has taken me in, hook and sinker.
