November 7th is National Magazine Day. When you’re looking to buy a magazine, the first thing you see is the cover (editor’s note: Duh). October’s slowly becoming our favorite month, between the World Series, Halloween, and all this talk about boobs. In previous years, we raised your awareness with the best breasts of all-time. Spike’s Guys Choice Awards was this past Saturday (June 4th) and the big story coming out of the event was Jennifer Aniston. Her relationship with Justin Theroux (The Brian Wilson look-a-like from the “Your Highness” premiere) went public and she won the “Decade of Hotness” award. While “hot” is a tough word to ascribe to her since she always plays the cute girl next door type, she looks ON FIRE in the new trailer for “Horrible Bosses”. So, maybe the award was a bit premature; intended for the upcoming decade. Either way, the A-list hotties were out in full force. Just who in the holy hellscape is Alexander McQueen? Well, he was a British fashion designer who was chief designer at Givenchy before founding his own label. He won 4 British Designer of the Year awards as well as International Designer of the Year. Unfortunately, he passed in February 2010. But, his legacy still lives on as evidenced by the startling turnout of A-list celebrities at his Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala held at the Met last night.
