This year’s Lollapalooza took place this past weekend (8/5-8/7). I had the opportunity to go in 2009 and it was covered in awesome sauce. Judging by this year’s pics, it looks like the lineup didn’t disappoint. Acts included Cee Lo Green, Eminem, Muse, Foo Fighters, OK Go, deadmau5, Coldplay, Kid Cudi, Arctic Monkeys, Fitz & The Tantrums, The Naked and Famous, Foster The People, Crystal Castles, Portugal The Man, Cage The Elphant, Two Door Cinema Club, Skylar Grey, The Pretty Reckless, Sam Adams, Tinie Tempah, Deftones, Ween, Nas, Girl Talk, Pretty Lights, and many more. Yes, yes, y’all! The official trailer of “Fight For Your Right-Revisited” from the Beastie Boys’ long anticipated eighth album, Hot Sauce Committee Party Two is here and it is a gem, folks. This is by far the coolest-looking movie we had no idea existed. Called simply 9, this animated feature follows nine creatures created by a mad scientist, who must save a post-apocalyptic world from killer robots – all good things in our book. On top of being produced by visionary, Tim Burton, the flick stars the voices of actors like Elijah Wood, John C. Rilley, Jennifer Connelly and Crispin Glover.
