Louis CK’s Live at the Beacon Theater special is streaming online at LouisCk.com for 5 bucks and you HAVE to watch it. Why you ask? Because despite being one of the funniest mother f**kers on the planet, Louis CK is also one of the coolest. Instead of releasing the show in limited release through HBO or Comedy Central, Louis funded the show out of his own… Click to read more

September 13th is Jeffrey Ross’s birthday. The current New York Friars’ Club “Roastmaster General” has been a roaster for the last 8 Comedy Central Roasts. In my mind, the last great insult comic was Don Rickles. Many believe he (begrudgingly) passed the torch to Ross, who manages to stick, jab, and uppercut with vitriolic barbs that sneak attack its victims simply because of his looks and delivery. While Rickles was a bulldog, Ross is like a basset hound. Anyway, to celebrate his grand entry to the stage known as life and to get you pumped for what is sure to be another classic skewering on the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen on September 19th, we’ve pulled together some of his best roasts. Check ‘em out after the jump.

Charlie Sheen’s Roast is going to air on September 19th, and it’s guaranteed to be a good watch. To warm up for the festivities, I plan on banging out 7 gram rocks and watching Greg Giraldo (RIP) tear apart Hasselhoff. “Your liver is so black, shriveled, and dead that if you put your ear next to it, you can hear it say ‘Watchu talkin bout Willis?’ ” That’s funny because Gary Coleman died. While that roast was incredible, the cast wouldn’t have had any jokes if the Hof’s career hadn’t been such a joke. Check out David Hasselhof’s 33 funniest photos after the jump!

I first saw a promo for Workaholics on April Fools Night and I tweeted that it’s “legit”. Talk about understatement of the millenium. Since then, Workaholics has worked its way up past It’s Always Sunny, Tosh.0, and South Park to #1 favorite show of all-time and it hasn’t even aired yet. If you think I’m blowing some form of hot liquid smoke up your bunghole, I’m not. I’m willing to lay down straight cash money, holmes, that this will be Comedy Central’s bread winner by the end of ’11. The show premieres tonight and will air Wednesdays at 10:30pm ET/9;30pm CT. Check out clips and meet the cast after the jump!

On March 9th, I went to the taping of Comedy Central’s Roast of Donald Trump at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Instead of doing cookie cutter interviews I decided to go rogue and see what type of situations I could get into with an all-access VIP pass to the gold carpet, taping of the show and after-party all courtesy of AXE Hair. Good thing I had my camera because the night was a whirlwind of booze, comedy and celebrities. See the pics and videos after the jump!

Daniel Tosh is the new Dave Chappelle. Okay, so maybe it’s not as cut and dry as that but Tosh’s ratings for Comedy Central are very Chappelle-like. He’s averaging more than 4 million viewers every Tuesday night (“Chappelle Show” averaged 3.1 million at its peak), he’s destroying Stewart and Colbert. He’s even beating South Park, which gets 3.7 million on average. His Comedy Central stand-up special, “Happy Thoughts”, had approximately 3.2M viewers, which is a new record for the cable net.

As you know we’re big fans of Tosh.0 on Comedy Central. His stand up comedy special, “Happy Thoughts“ premieres Sunday, March 6th on Comedy Central with the DVD coming out on March 8th. We were lucky enough to get our hands on an advanced copy but we’re not greedy, so we decided to host a contest. You might be familiar with Slim Thug’s “Like a Boss”. Lonely Island produced a parody song also called, “Like a Boss”, which was then followed by “Like a Bosh”. Well, since Daniel loves Twitter so much, we’re asking you to tweet “Like a Tosh”. Don’t know what we’re talkin’ about? Read the details after the jump!

If you’re familiar with Facebook’s Doppelganger Week, you know where we’re going with this post. If you don’t, it’s where users change their profile picture to that of celebrities they look like. One celebrity who happens to share a look with a handful of other famous peeps is Comedy Central‘s internet wizard Daniel Tosh. Surprising, right? He has such a distinct look yet, much like the internet, his likeness can be found in a scary number of other places and faces. Tosh’s fans have compiled a pretty vast database of doppelgangers, but here are our 8 favorite. See the full list of lookalikes after the jump!

Well, some people don’t grow out of their wrestling appreciation phase. Take viral video star the Crying Wrestling Fan, Dave Wills“>Dave Wills. If you’re not familiar with Dave, here’s a slowed down version, the regular version, and the sped up version of his humiliating breakdown during a wrestling Q&A. Anyway, Dave gets his shot at a web redemption on tonight’s Tosh.0, which airs at 10p ET / 9pm CT. Some say Tosh.0 is fake… well… (*fights back tears*)… IT’S STILL REAL TO ME DAMMIT! See a clip from the Crying Wrestling Fan Web Redemption after the jump!

There was once a time when animated sitcoms were all the rage in the wake of shows like The Simpsons and King of the Hill. It seemed like every network threw their hat into the ring at some point. However, many of these shows were either mega ratings bombs or were canned for not pulling in Simpsons-esque numbers. As a result, these series were canceled after their first season, several before their entire run had finished. These are a few of the unlucky ones that never found their place on network television, though most of them enjoy relatively decent success on cable and DVD. See our top 8 picks after the jump!

Looks like it’s a Bucs/Texans cheerleader rematch with a Bucs cheerleader named Rachel and a Texans cheerleader named Brandi – both are top notch! More than 300 people submitted captions for our latest contest and after some careful consideration (throwing darts mostly), we’ve picked a winner!

Comedy Central’s newest show, “SportsDome” is from the wise-cracking geniuses behind The Onion and their Onion Sports Network (“OSN”). The half hour program is a dead on parody of ESPN’s SportsCenter with quick, flashy segments infused with The Onion’s own brand of dry wit. Last night’s episode featured a very special human interest story that poked fun at Chris Connelly‘s “My Wish” series. The segment, called “Wish Zone”, featured an 8 year old cancer patient named Allison Pencey who happened to be a huge Phillies fan. She also has a great distaste and contempt for Mets third basemen David Wright. Watch the video after the jump!
