It’s nuts to think that Week 2 of Coachella was less than a few days ago. Time really does fly. I remember that in 2007, The Black Keys played to only a decent-sized crowd in one of Coachella’s tents. Five years have gone by and The Black Keys just headlined Coachella’s main-stage. Who were the lesser-known bands that rocked the 2012 fest? You might not hav… Click to read more

Coachella is, without a doubt, one of the best-run music festivals in the States. I have made the pilgrimage to the vast polo fields in Indio, CA for the past 10 years and went both weekends this year in order to give you the full rundown.
So…who were this year’s big winners and losers?

Since you’re all probably brain-dead, I’m going to keep this morning’s video very simple. What you’re about to see is two chicks doing a slip-and-slide at Coachella. They both fail miserably. The first lady completely bites the landing after going off the ramp, and the second victim loses her top before the jump even starts. It… Click to read more

Jarvis Cocker is one of my favorite human beings on earth. Not to mention, his band, Pulp, has some of the best fonts in rock history. Talk about one of the great front men of all time; the quirky, U.K. crown price reminds me of a bookish friend who lets loose on Friday nights by going totally mental at the karaoke bar. Last night, I got all ’90′s Britpo… Click to read more

There’s no question that Tupac’s return from the grave to perform at Coachella was awesome. Even if you’re not a fan of ‘Pac, you can’t deny that the image of Machiavelli performing alongside Snoop brings to mind a lot of questions. One of these things you were left to ponder was how exactly they projected his image on stage. L… Click to read more

I would have given pretty much anything to be at Coachella this past weekend. Not only would I have been able to catch tons of awesome musical acts, but I might have had a chance at seeing this idiot-hippie fall twenty/thirty feet and then get arrested. What is it with Coachella and idiots acting a fool? Two years ago it was the Naked Wizard getting tased, this yea… Click to read more

Add another festival to the bucket list because this morning the powers-that-be behind Coachella released their 2012 lineup. Notable headlines include Snoop & Dre, Radiohead, The Black Keys, Justice, and over 100 other bands that range from rap to house to the last real rock and roll band still making music (The Black Keys).
That’s not the only r… Click to read more

Everyone had a ball at Coachella last weekend, but this drugged-up Arcade Fire fan took that expression to a slightly creepy – but still funny – level. The first thing that came to mind while watching this video was that he looked like a kitten tripping on LSD while playing with a ball of yarn. But then I realized that this video eerily mirrors another one I saw not too long ago, one involving a horse and a ball (NOT what you’re thinking, pal). Watch these two videos for yourself and see the stunning similarities!

Music festivals are great venues for picking up chicks. And when it comes to hot music-loving minxes, they don’t get any better than the cuties at Coachella. The 3-day music and arts festival took place this weekend and true to form, the girl turnout was far from disappointing. Sure, celebrities get all the media coverage but here at COED, we’re champions of the undiscovered, under-the-radar hotties in the crowd. Good luck trying to find these pics elsewhere! We proudly present the Girls of Coachella as shot by us! See ‘em after the jump!

The Creators Project is an initiative by VICE and Intel to find talented young minds who are pushing creative boundaries through technology in music, art, film and design. They were then given the chance to showcase their work and to engage an audience of millions at Coachella. The goal of the partnership was to create an enhanced, interactive musical experience through high-tech art installations. Check out the highlights after the jump!
