This weekend, the South will be heating up for the battle between the LSU Tigers and the Florida Gators. In addition to delivering some seriously awesome football, these teams will be bringing with them some of the hottest fans college football has to offer. So to get you geared-up for the big game, we’ve put the sexiest superfans head-to-head in a showdown that’s sure to make you love football even more. So, whose fans are hotter, LSU or Florida? You decide!
When it comes to college cheerleaders, we here at COED fancy ourselves as experts on the matter. But the truth is, without the insane archives of sexy cheerleader photo awesomeness from Sports Illustrated, our cheerleader posts would be hard pressed to make the 2nd string B-Team. Thankfully for us… and you, SI profiles a Cheerleader of the Week each week during college football season and to date have featured 115 of the sexiest cheerleaders America’s colleges have to offer.
The list is growing by the week and the massive amount of hotness can be a bit overwhelming so we’ve decided to cut through the madness and weed the list down to the 20 Sexiest SI Cheerleaders of the Week. Nothing against the 90 girls who didn’t make the cut, you are beautiful, but to be on this list you need to be the best.

As of Friday afternoon, everyone is at 0-0 (almost, sorry Baylor, you got hammered). With the openning day kick-off less than 24 hours away, let us put Obama/McCain on hold and turn our attention to young men being given free educations in exchange for engaging in the controlled violence that we in the U.S. call NCAA College Football.
