Everybody, Freak Out: Disney Buys Marvel for $4 Billion!

Looks like Spider-Man will be hanging out with Mickey Mouse more often than he wants. The Walt Disney Company has agreed to acquire Marvel Entertainment and all its superheroes. The total cost of the acquisition will be around $4 billion. Disney will now have access to over 5,000 Marvel characters, some of them which include house hold names like Spider-Man, X-Men, and Iron-Man.
