In today’s edition of Wrap It Up, Sesame Street claims Bert and Ernie are just friends despite an online petition begging them to get hitched, Bruce Willis will be in GI Joe 2, the first trailer for Harold and Kumar’s Christmas movie hits the webs, Rebecca Black’s Moment gets remixed, Stephen Colbert’s newest SuperPAC commercial explores cornography, Goodyear was REALLY sexist back in the day, Kanye West bit it on stage in Norway, and much more. Check out the sh*t we should’ve published after the jump!

I pity actors who have been forced to settle into a typecast after playing a character that was too memorable. Janet Leigh and Anthony Perkins had a hard time finding work after the debut of Alfred Hitchcock’s thriller Psycho. Leonard Nimoy can only land odd jobs if the work is sci-fi or Star Trek related. Even now, Daniel Radcliffe can only ever be Harry Potter on the big screen. There are, however, many actors, allegedly with decent range, who consciously decide to perform the same roles over and over again. After the jump are 15 one-trick ponies who, for better or worse, are forever trapped in the same part by choice.

Whether they’re shooting up the bad guys or beating them down with their massive fists, there will always be macho action stars in movies. COED has weeded out the meek and complied a list of the manliest men to grace the big-screen whether it’s for their massive muscles, strong attitudes or just plain being cool. These are the actors we’d like to have a beer with, drag race with and maybe even chill with for a game of poker. We wouldn’t suggest cheating, though. Check out the list and vote for the most badass dude after the jump!

For those who watched the 83rd Annual Academy Awards Sunday night and were unimpressed, we’d like to take you back to the 61st and 62nd annual ceremonies thanks to the photography of Alan Light. Just about everybody enjoys taking a stroll down memory lane, and many times that jaunt can jog a fuzzy (and funny) sense of nostalgia. Back in ’89-’90, Natalie Portman was 7-8 years old, Kirk Douglas was 72-73 years old (I’ll let that sink in), Demi was still with Bruce, Tom Cruise wasn’t worshipping aliens, and River Phoenix was alive. The 61st edition was notable for not having a host while Rain Man swept most of the major categories. The 62nd ceremony saw Billy Crystal MC while Driving Miss Daisy picked up the most wins. Enjoy these rare red carpet and behind the scenes pics after the jump!

If you’ve watched more than three consecutive minutes of television recently, you’ve probably seen snippets of about eight different Christmas movies. Most of these star a celebrity whose 15 minutes of fame has long expired (Kathy Ireland, anyone?), teach the same morals you learned in kindergarten, and feature no surprises. And there… Click to read more

Christopher Nolan’s Inception is one of my favorite mindf**k movies ever. When it comes to mindf**k movies, forget going to the bathroom, forget going to the kitchen, a mindf**k movie makes you pay attention and it makes you forget there’s such a thing as a fast forward button. It can be any genre but every mindf**k movie has one common denominator – it will make you scratch your head and think WTF just happened here? Here is our list of some of our favorite mindf**k movies

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s new movie “Faster” released in theaters last week. Many people know that Dwayne was a huge WWF / WWE superstar before breaking into the world of cinema, however, few know that he was a college football standout at the University of Miami where he played defensive line. His injury allowed future N… Click to read more

After the early success of The Expendables, it’s only natural that word of a sequel is already out. Everyone will have their speculations as to what actors should join the greatest action ensemble ever, including me. Although there are numerous unknowns who’ve cut their teeth in dozens of action flicks, The Expendables 2 deserves more household names and faces to share the explosions and fighting that gave every man with a pair a grin from ear to ear. Hopefully Arnold (if politically possible) and Bruce will get more screen time in the sequel, but the following actors should definitely be considered for major roles regardless.

With only a few weeks left of Summer, 2010 has been pretty much a sh*t year for film. But before we write this year off as totally unsalvageable, a couple movies opening this weekend have big potential. The Expendables and Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World might just have what it takes to kick 2010 back into gear. Finger crossed.

Sequels, Remakes, Reboots and “Reimaginationings” have been Hollywood’s bread and butter over the past decade, however movies like 2008′s Rambo and Alien vs. Predator wouldn’t exist without the original classics from the decades before it. If you’re a guy and haven’t seen these movies, you better speed, shoot, fight or explode yourself to your local Blockbuster, add them to your Netflix Queue or find them on eBay because they’re all must sees.

Just last week I was talking about Gamer, where players controlled other people via their minds like a virtual avatar. Now comes Surrogates, with robot bodies taking over from weak fleshy bodies that control them via a mind control pod. Existing only as a human never looked so boring.

Releasing on DVD and Blu-Ray
It is the future, and people are liv… Click to read more
