Best New Artist is one of those awards that can be hit or miss. It reminds me of our Emerging Hotties list – you stack your chips on the person you think is gonna break out big time and cross your fingers. I remember last year Beliebers almost rioted and murdered Esperanza Spalding when she won the award over Biebs. This year, Bon Iver took the hardware home o… Click to read more

The very first issue of Rolling Stone magazine was published on November 9, 1967. In the debut issue, Jann wrote, “is not just about the music, but about the things and attitudes that music embraces.” During the 1980s the magazine began to shift focus towards being a general “entertainment” magazine. Music was still a dominant topic but there was increasing coverage of celebrities in television, movies and the pop culture of the day. The magazine also initiated its annual “Hot Issue” during this time. With it came sexier covers. To celebrate the anniversary of the mag’s premiere, we’ve pulled together its 39 sexiest covers. Take a look then vote for the one you think trumps them all in our poll below.

November 7th is National Magazine Day. When you’re looking to buy a magazine, the first thing you see is the cover (editor’s note: Duh). If you happened to see the covers of the 70 issues here, you might have bought the mag without even opening the pages; they’re that amazing. You can forget the phrase “you can’t judge a book by its cover” for now because, well, they’re not books (editor’s note: double duh). From Lindsay Lohan to Victoria Silvstedt, from GQ to Playboy, we’re looking at 70 of the sexiest magazine covers in honor of this special, glossified day. Check out the hottest covers to ever grace newsstands and mailboxes in our gallery after the jump.

As the summer season winds to an end, so do the summer shows. Last night (Sunday, 9/11) marked the series finale of Entourage and the season finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm. As you can see from the video below, Larry likes to pass the time by drawing Hitler mustaches on people, just to see what it would look like. Now, he’s not a Nazi supporter, and neither are we, but there’s something comical about seeing your favorite celebrity sporting the iconic lip fuhrer… sorry, fur. Try not to laugh as you hail our controversial photo gallery after the jump.

The 28th annual MTV Video Music Awards went down last night in LA. There were a ton of stars in attendance with the weirdest being a tie between Lady Gaga (who was all done up as her alter ego “Jo Calderone”) and Nicki Minaj (who looked like a kindergartener’s nightmare). Some of the younger female celebrities dressed like old biddies (Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens) while others murdered stellar dresses (Victoria Justice, Demi Lovato). But enough of our take on the hot or not of last night’s event, take a look and vote for the sexiest chick in our poll after the jump.

Last Saturday, Nicki Minaj brought out Drake to give him a special lap dance during her Toronto show of the Femme Fatales tour with Britney Spears. This comes days after Britney gave DJ Pauly D a lap dance. Nicki and Drake are apparently hooking up, so are we to assume Brit and Pauly D are? And, what’s with lap dances during concerts? Rihanna gave one to a 60 year old. Are all female singers horny as hell? I need to get me one of those. Check out Nicki’s lap dance with Drake then let us know who you’d like a lap dance from in our poll after the jump.

You’ve gotta hand it to these women, they’re really taking the phrase ‘wife beater’ back. I often think that the best thing a hottie can wear is something ridiculously simple because a sexy girl is going to look sexy, straight up. Bells and whistles only distract from t*ts and @ss. A simple tee or wifebeater on a chick also reminds me of seeing a girl in the morning, which is obviously a good thing. Check out these unfairly hot chicks keeping it simple. And hot. Really, really f*cking hot.

Sometimes we often forget that celebrities are real people with personal lives and families. Sometimes, celebrity relatives try to piggyback on their more fellow family member’s fame while others ride their coattails. Still, there are a handful that prefer to remain anonymous or at least shy away from the bright lights and intense gaze of the public eye. We could go on all day about the sexiest celebrities, but that sexiness came from somewhere and sometimes it runs in the family. We run down the sexiest celebrity siblings after the jump. Check it out.

Last year’s edition of the 50 Most Popular Women on the Web (According to Google) blew up on the internet. It was one of those hotly debated lists that drove people nuts. Of course, most lists and rankings invite commentary and criticism because of their subjectivity, but there’s no questioning our tried and true formula for crowning the Queen of the Internet. So, who takes the top spot in THIS year’s survey? Who are the surprising newcomers? Who dropped off the cyber-face of the planet? Check out the full rundown below.

Kanye, I’mma let you finish, but I just wanted to say that you are the most conceited and ignorant celebrity in Hollywood right now. You may have a sick new album out and I’m still a fan of your music, but please… keep your mouth shut. Or learn some social etiquette. Or at the very least, learn some grammar. Before you accuse me of being a hater, here’s a list of some of your most ridiculous quotes in no particular order because they’re all pretty out there. Check them out after the jump!

As the late, great lead singer of Sublime Bradley Nowell once sang “Summer time and the living’s easy.” What makes the living easy (besides the weather, beaches, pools, barbecues, girls, and baseball)? How about the crazy good concerts and music festivals? There is nothing better than going to see a show on a nice summer day or night with a fun group of friends. Although in past years ticket prices have been rather outrageous, many artists are making changes to accommodate their fans in today’s tough economic times. I have put together a little guide to let you know about some great shows worth catching this summer. Check it out after the jump!
