Yeah, so I’m kinda pissed I didn’t list Red Bull’s Crashed Ice or the East West Shrine Game as two of the reasons last week wouldn’t suck. Archer was hilarious as usual, but Unsupervised kinda left me hanging. I liked the one kid’s Philly accent but it felt like a poor man’s Beavis and Butt-head. The Championship Games l… Click to read more

It’s NBA playoff time and what better way to get into the action than by throwing down some wagers on the teams you think can take down the title. Will LeBron’s ”Decision” pay off? Will the old guard Celtics prove they are still the class of the East? Is Derrick Rose poised to take his team all the way to the Finals? Are Kobe and the Lakers ready to get to the finals for an amazing fourth straight year? Do the Spurs have anything left in the tank? Will Dallas finally make Mark Cuban’s dreams come true? It should be an interesting ride. Check Casino Steve’s playoff predictions after the jump!

It’s been an exciting couple of weeks on COED’s Facebook page. We had two monster Killzone 3 prizes to give away, we exposed a LOVE-ly Mystery Hottie, we got to the bottom of a difficult debate on which NBA powerhouse’s pom pom pushers were hotter, we wondered what the HELL was going on in a pic of Laura Bingle in a bikini, and you told us your favorite songs. With video of Bart Scott’s emotional post-game interview spreading across the ‘net like whoa, we thought we’d take a look at some of the best postgame interviews ever uploaded. It’s important to note we didn’t include videos from press conferences. Players and coaches know what they’re stepping into when those happen. These post-game interviews feature players fresh off the court, the rink, or the field, often still in uniform, still out-of-breath, and still in the heat of the moment. That’s when you get the best emotion. We know you CAN’T WAIT! See the videos after the jump!

As first semester comes to a close, students around the country wrap up final exams and head home for the holidays. What better way to celebrate the season than by hitting up a few Christmas parties and rocking out with a top flight NBA game on in the background? Miami’s hitting their stride while Carlos Boozer and The Australian Assassin Andrew Bogut dominated the hardwood. More NBA reactions, analysis, and predictions after the jump!

Shaquille O’Neal is a legend and will forever be a part of not just NBA history but sports lore. He donned the Superman ‘S’ way before Dwight Howard and he spits out memorable quote after memorable quote in the locker room, at press conferences, and on Twitter. The big man’s in the twilight of his career, but still manages to be productive for the Celtics when he doesn’t forget his meds. He’s gone head to head with the likes of Ewing, Olajuwon, Robinson, but can you imagine playing against him in HIGH SCHOOL?! How bad do you think that dude sh*t his pants? Here are some of his highlights from high school.

The Rockets, Heat, Clippers, and Knicks are not living up to the preseason hype. Meanwhile, Minnesota’s Kevin Love had a 30 point 30 rebound night against the Knickerbockers while Boston’s Rajon Rondo shows why he should be an all-star and quite possibly MVP of the league.

After an exciting first week of action in the 2010-11 season that centered around the new look Miami Heat, the addition of Shaq in Beantown, and Amare Stoudemire’s name littered across the Madison Square Garden marquee, we are starting to get back into the flow of a new season of NBA basketball

What’s your favorite TV show of all time? Better yet, how about what’s your best catch phrases of all time? You may watch some of your favorite shows just to hear the main character say something that they regularly say during the show. For example, Fred Sanford saying, “You big dummy,” to Lamont Sanford in the TV show, “Sanford and Son.” Maybe you’re a kind of person who loves to hear Bart Simpson say, “Eat my shorts.” Nevertheless, lets take a look at 10 of the some of the best and worst catch phrases etched in your head.

Over the past two years, the talk around the NBA has centered around where LeBron James will play in 2010. Finally, that time is near. After July 1, LeBron, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and many other top superstars can be changing zip codes. Although some players such as Dirk Nowitzki, Amare Stoudemire and Paul Pierce have Early Termination Options (ETO) and are likely to remain with their respective teams, I’m including them in this list in case they do opt out, which will only add to the biggest free agent class in the history of sports.

On the totem pole of championship events, the NBA Finals is right there between the Indy 500 and the Fourth of July hot dog eating competition. Part of it is because nobody cares about the teams or by the time they’re ready to get invested into the Finals, the whole thing is over. Still, the NBA Finals used to mean something. It was the first must-see event of the summer when I was younger. So allow me to count down (or up) some memorable NBA Finals game.
