With the twilight of 2011 upon us, it’s our job as internet gurus to take a look at some of the best and funniest from the past year. Obviously there are a bunch of submissions to go through, so I thought it was imperative that we set some groundrules. The first (and possibly most important) was the removal of anything Rebecca Black.
