As we start the beginning of the college football bowl season, the movement of college football teams to different conferences last has become one of the hot topics around the sport. Many college football analysts have predicted that we might end up having four or five super-mega conferences instead of the current number of eleven. As many are on the fence about this subject, here are the top five reasons why Super-Mega College Conferences would be a good thing for college football.

The #1 ranked Auburn Tigers take on the #2 Oregon Ducks at the University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale, Arizona to determine who will wear the crown as national champions. This is the first ever meeting between the two schools. Are you ready for an Overdose of BCS cheerleaders? The big games kick off on January 1st so what better way to celebrate than with 189 smokin’ hot photos of cheerleaders of the 2011 BCS bowl games.

Of the 18 times Arkansas and Alabama have faced off, the Tide won 10. The last bout was hardly a contest with the Crimson Tide rolling over the Razorbacks 35-7. Things are different this year, though. This time both teams rock.

Sure, numerous calls from the fans, ticket-holders and even the President-Elect to develop a sensible play-off system have continuously fallen on deaf ears… but maybe it’s not your fault.

It should be of no surprise to you that we at COED pulled for the Gators in BCS Championship game. Sure Sam Bradford seems like a stand-up guy, and the Sooners have a smokin’ hot cheerleadering squad, but ever since our mind blowing road trip to Gainsville for the LSU vs UF game in October our loyalty has been with the Gators.
