Experts are saying that if you’re freeing willy numerous times a day, every day, you’ve got yourself a problem.

Now, we’ve been told that masturbation is natural and healthy, but too much of anything is not good. When done in an excessive and compulsive manner, choking your chicken may lead to psychological and physiological imbalances in your body.

We’re not jerking your chain (no pun intended).

According to AskMen.com, over-practiced masturbation can stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions. Such immoderate amounts of stimulation can result in an over-production of sex hormones causing a significant change in body chemistry.

The side effects aren’t pretty. They can manifest themselves as: fatigue, hair-loss, memory loss, blurred vision or testicular/groin pain.

On top of that, too much masturbation can lead to sexual exhaustion and the appearance of erectile dysfunction. That’s not a good thing for a guy who’s far from the average onset of these difficulties.

Two weeks ago, a buddy of mine (we’ll call him Ted) wasn’t allowed to attend a “Penthouse party” on the upper east side.

Why?

His girlfriend wouldn’t let him. It was a glorified house party on a rooftop, but since the word “Penthouse” was used she cracked the whip.

Long story short, the kid is whipped unlike anything I’ve ever seen–and he has no idea. You could write a movie called Whipped and he would be the main character. His Facebook relationship status literally says married (they’ve only been dating six months) and yet he’s in the dark about his whippage–as a man, it’s just damn sad.

Ok, here’s the deal. Ever since putting together COED Presents: The 50 Sexiest WAGs of World Soccer, we’ve been getting really into soccer, trying to figure it all out.  Sunday night, I went to the US vs Argentina match at Giant Stadium  and it was one of the best sports experiences of our lives. The intense rivalry between nations, 79,000 people chanting in unison for their team and against yours–it was an experience you just don’t get with American football.

The 2008 EuroCup kicked off on Saturday and needless to say, I’ve been glued to the TV. I’ve  also been doing extensive research trying to give myself a crash course to get up to speed on international soccer.
