The NHL had the bright idea of playing the “Winter Classic” outside at venues not typically used for hockey. The concept has since been adopted by the NCAA with ridiculous results. After this past weekend’s pretty awesome Illinois-Northwestern game at Wrigley and Notre Dame-Army game at Yankee Stadium, we at COED got to thinking: what other non-football venues would make for cool college football matchups?

The Rangers Ballpark in Arlington offers parking options that increase in price with your proximity to the stadium. We chose the $7 dollar lot that ended up being a short five minute walk from the stadium. This worked out well because the lot was located close to the highway and had a great view of Cowboys stadium.
