Shark Week starts this Sunday and in celebration, I’m going to the beach. Andy Samberg just found a new job as CSO (Chief Shark Officer) so I figured I’d introduce him to everyone. Andy’s great for the job because he loves sharks, is a bad swimmer, and Justin Timberlake passed on the offer. Check out the video after the jump!

This morning, I asked BroBible via their Facebook wall, “What’s the best thing you’ve seen all week?” A dude named Jeremy Chaput from Toronto responded with a link to this “Like a Bosh” video by The Basketball Jones. You might recognize the beat and rhythm – that’s because it’s a parody Slim Thug’s “Like a Boss”, which was also spoofed in the Saturday Night Live Digital Short called, “Like a Boss” featuring Seth Rogen and Andy Samberg, which you can view below. Somehow this “Like a Bosh” clip slipped under our radar. We’re sure a few of you have seen this before but we definitely think it’s worth another view.

Many would argue the best part of SNL is the Digital Short. Thanks to Andy Samberg, his comedy group Lonely Island, and celebrity cameos, we have such gems as “Dick In A Box“, “Natalie (Portman) Raps”, “Lazy Sunday“, “I Just Had Sex“, “Like A Boss“, “I’m On A Boat“, “Jizz In My Pants“. One video that doesn’t get as much credit, but should, is the quick-hitting short called, “Business Meeting with Rainn Wilson“. There are so many off-the-wall characters thrown into your face at breakneck speed, it’s hard to keep up, but the one character that stands out with a delicious performance is the Gigantic Turkey Sub. Saturday Night Live has been in a rut lately. But for our money, the delightfully twisted digital short The Tizzle Wizzle Show with James Franco was the real show stopper. What could be more awesome than a jammie sleepover with narcotics and knives? Uh, nothing…

We were pleasantly surprised this weekend when Saturday Night Live was actually kind of funny. (No thanks to Kenan Thompson, btw.) And one of the best parts was, of course, Andy Samberg’s new digital short (a.k.a. music video), “I Threw It on The Ground.” These are probably going to start getting old pretty soon, but the time has not yet arrived.

‘Lazy Sunday’, which has gone on to become the stuff of legends, was, to put it mildly, f*cking hilarious. A simple concept turned into pure comedy gold. It went on to become a viral mega-hit on the internet, made SNL relevant again overnight, and most importantly, introduced the world to a new force in the world of comedy: The Lonely Island.
