Lolo Jones Loses Race… Still Smokin’

After what could be the most tragic event for Team USA in the 2008 Beijing Summer Games, runner Lolo Jones lost tonight, dropping from first place to seventh, after stumbling on the ninth hurdle. But everyone makes mistakes. And here at COED we try to look on the bright side things— in Lolo’s case it’s her super hotness.

    Lolo Jones is a gracious competitor in defeat. I felt sad when NBC showed her bawling her eyes off alone in the tunnel. She was a professional and gave a wonderful interview to all reporters asking questions, but when it was time to be alone, she sobbed in disbelief.

    I wish her the best and I hope she gets in front of the Camera as host or sports commentator. She is beautiful both inside and out.

    It was pretty sad to watch her loose, especially since she rose from a difficult upbringing. Watching her cry in the tunnel almost made me cry, because my family was also dirt poor when I was growing up. I hope that she becomes even stronger, and I also wish her the best in life.

    P.S. Lolo is a hottie!!!

    Lolo Jones is incredible. As a home-grown Iowa chick, I am proud that someone like Lolo claims our state as her own. I remember when Gail Devers tripped on a hurdle and lost her gold medal dreams. The difference, the class and strength Lolo showed in the interview immediately after. Women like Lolo give the girls of America an athlete to look up to.

    Glad to think I wasn’t the only one who thought this chick was hot. It is so rare to have a good looking runner like her. Nice skin, great eyes. This caucasian has some jungle fever for Lolo.
