Rob Dyrdek Going For Snowboard Gold at 2010 Winter Olympics

Rob Dyrdek, the owner of the Fantasy Factory in Los Angeles and former star of MTV’s Rob and Big announced that he will test his luck at snowboarding and go for Gold at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Dyrdek, a world renown professional skateboarder with no background in winter sports, pioneered the skate shoe and clothing industry and has recently made a name for himself as an eccentric wildcard on various MTV reality shows. Dyrdek is taking his lead from another cross over star Shawn White who has won Olympic and X-Game Gold for both snowboarding and skateboarding. Although he announced he will attempt to snowboard there is no word as to whether or not he good enough to qualify.

The Buried Life’s Top 12 Adventures

MTV’s new hit show The Buried Life asks the question, “What Do You Want To Do Before You Die?” The show’s creators Ben Nemlin, Jonnie Penn, Duncan Penn and David Lingwood have been adventuring for the past four years checking life experiences of their bucket list. With so much accomplished over the years we’ve decided to cut to the core and ask the guys to list their greatest hits which range from the extreme, #92: Learn to Surf (which they did in Nicaragua) to the extremely rewarding, #71: Take Kids on a Shopping Spree.

Asher Roth Visits MTV’s “Silent Library” Tonight!

During each episode of MTV’s “Silent Library,” six friends watch in silence as one of their team members is put under extreme and harebrained situations such as having spitballs hurled them or sipping some of the vilest concoctions ever mixed together. When the team successfully completes the challenges they walk away with a cash prize and a little less dignity. Tonight (January 13 at 6:30pm ET/PT) Asher Roth, known across college campuses across the country, and his crew get smacked down by “Silent Library” so make sure you set your DVR!

HBO’s “How To Make It In America” Will Be The East Coast “Entourage”

Kid CuDi will make his television debut alongside Bryan Greenburg, Victor Rasuk, Lake Bell and many other great young actors on HBO’s new show “How To Make It In America.” The show, debuting February 14th, follows Ben Epstein (Greenberg) and Cam Calderon (Rasuk), two enterprising Brooklyn twenty-somethings who hustle their way through New York City, determined to make a name for themselves in New York’s competitive fashion scene. With the help of Cam’s cousin Rene (Guzman), who is trying to market his own high-energy drink, and their well-connected friend Domingo (“Kid Cudi”), the burgeoning entrepreneurs set out to achieve the American Dream, encountering obstacles along the way that will require all their ingenuity to overcome.

Finally! Someone Ranks America’s Top 20 Beer Pong Teams!

With only three days until the World Series of Beer Pong V kicking off in Las Vegas, America’s beer pong community is getting amped for their year end championship. Through much debate and alcohol the 1,100+ members of D.O.E. (Death of Elbow Rule), the major beer pong group on Facebook, have compiled a list of their 20 favorite teams competing at the World Series of Beer Pong this year. The list includes the nations top teams, as well as some lesser known teams that they think will make the run at WSOBP V’s $65,000 grand prize.
