After the resume, the most important document in your job search will be the cover letter.  These two documents are what employers will base your potential for employment from.  While the resume highlights your experience the cover letter should focus on what you will bring to the company.  Here are a few tips for a successful cover letter:

After the sucess of Talladega Nights, Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly have teamed up again to star in the comedy Step Brothers.  If you are looking for a good laugh this week then this is the flick to check out.

Ferrell and Reilly play a couple of deadbeats who are thrust together after their parents decide to get married. The pair are faced with an ultimatum to get a job or get thrown out of the house.  After battling each other at the beginning they find they have more in common than they thought (funny how that works out).  The two form an alliance and hilarity ensues.
