At times, it can be ninety minutes of unadulterated choreographed ad-libbed dramatic brilliance with more cliff-hangers than an ill-prepared Alpine Trek. The only problem is, the star performers of the world’s most passionate sport are far too often the world’s most utterly conceited pricks who think themselves above both the laws of football, and the land.
