I think it has become pretty clear just how desperate celebrities can be to get their hands on some more cash (I’m looking at you Nic Cage!). What better way to do it than to agree to do some random and often awkward commercial in a foreign market? Your embarrassment generally goes under the radar amongst the American public and you can get a pretty penny for only a thirty second spot.
