We were perfect with our predictions in the Wild Card Round, so we decided to play it cool and not publish our picks in the Divisional Round (we didn’t want to rub it in). But, in all honesty, I personally went undefeated with my Divisional picks, which I’m pretty psyched about only because I’m on pace to win some sweet playoff pool loot. I’m FOREVER pissed the G-men don’t have cheerleaders. Come on, guys, your fans beat out everyone else’s cheerleaders in our poll – time to start a squad. PREDICTION: PATS – New England ran roughshod over the Broncos as a banged up Tebow couldn’t pull off another miracle. Brady is possessed and the Ravens didn’t look all that great against the Texans and could’ve easily lost that game. In the end, NE’s TEs Gronk and A-Hern are just too much for B-more’s backers.

New York Giants @ San Francisco 49ers

PREDICTION: GIANTS – I’m still baffled how Vegas thought Big Blue would be 7 1/2 point underdogs against the Pack, but that only serves as fuel for the Road Warriors. I didn’t think it would be a semi-blowout like it was but as much as I hate to jinx ‘em, the run is eerily similar to ’07-’08. Only problem is now you have another team in the 49ers who are considered underdogs even as the #2 seed. Given NY’s history, many are picking them to win, which is bad news for Team Coughlin. He can’t play the underdog angle. It’ll be close but I have to think that New York’s playoff experience will pay off.
