Brazilian Cops Stop Plane From Taking Off By Ramming With Car [VIDEO]

Remember that scene from Face-Off where John Travolta stops Nick Cage from taking off in an airplane by ramming it with a helicopter? Or how about that time where Colin Farrell stops that Mexican drug lord from flying away by driving into it with his SUV? It would seem that these Brazilian Policia Federal are huge Hollywood fans because they stopped $200,000 in stolen merchandise from flying away when they intentionally smashed the wing of a single-engine plane about to escape. The 28 Most Notable Lambda Chis For The Frat’s 102nd Anniversary

On November 2nd, 1909 Lambda Chi Alpha was founded at Boston University. Yesterday, we showed you the most notable SigEps, so we thought it’d be only fair to showcase some of the more noteworthy Lambdas. They’re one of the largest fraternities in North America, having initiated more than 280,000 members and held chapters at more than 300 universities. We didn’t have Lambdas at Hopkins but we did have the pledge class Lambda, whom we dubbed “Lame-da” because they refused to do ANYTHING we told them. They just chanted, “Or What?!” over and over. Last week, COED was given the opportunity to review a copy of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. I snatched the package up and took it home, excited for my first experience of what has been hailed as one of, if not the, best franchises for the PlayStation 3. You play as protagonist Nathan Drake in his search for a lost city buried with endless amounts of treasure. Did the game justify it’s acclaim or does Drake get buried under the hype?
