Cults Play MTV2′s 120 Minutes Launch Party [14 PHOTOS]

MTV2 kicked off the return of 120 Minutes Tuesday night with an invite-only launch party at the Bowery Electric in NYC.  COED was lucky enough score a couple of tickets to this awesomely intimate event.  Former Headbanger’s Ball  / 120 Minutes host Matt Pinfield was on hand to show some clips and answer questions about the upcoming season. The highlight of the party was undoubtedly the short but spectral live set by New York’s very own Cults. 120 Minutes premieres July 30th on MTV. Today’s Miss COED is yet another beauty from ASU, courtesy of the COED/Tempe12 dream team. Kristen aka K-Dawg is a blonde from St. Louis, MO who majors in Interior Design. This chick is not only gorgeous but is athletic and outgoing. She claims that her perfect date would be going out for a beer and or/paintballing. The New Adult Swim Show = NTSF:SD:SUV::

This Thursday, July 21st, National Team Strike Force: San Diego: Sports Utility Vehicle debuts on (Adult Swim). It was originally a parody commercial on Season 1 of Children’s Hospital, but it was picked up because well… it looks awesome. If you need more reasons to watch this trailer, Paul Scheer describes it as “It’ll be like Michael Bay fisting Tony Scott.” I would watch the sh*t out of that. Check out the trailer below.

Sneaking My Camera Into The Friends With Benefits NYC Premiere [33 PHOTOS, VIDEO]

Last night, I went to the New York City premiere of Friends with Benefits at Ziegfeld Theater then hit the after-party at The Standard’s Boom Boom Room. Security was tight and there was an absolutely no film/camera policy but I managed to sneak my phone in and snap off a ton of pictures. Miss COED: Dylan Fitzpatrick [18 PICS]

Dylan’s a 22-year-old model who’s originally from Canada where she attended Playboy’s REAL top party school but now lives in LA. She originally got her start in modeling when she won the Miss CHIN contest in 2007. Since then, she’s been featured on American Curves and Urban Male Magazine. It seems that this girl loves to bake and make desserts, she has a whole Tumblr devoted to sweets. It’s incredible that a girl with that physique can be so into pies and ice cream.
