Yeah I agree with everyone else, those boobs seems pretty real to me.
I just happened to see this on E! as I was flipping to MSNBC. It seems that all the E! show producers randomly blur nudity in different amounts just to keep the audience on the edge of their seat. There is no FCC rule against nudity on basic cable, since that rule only affects TV transmitted through the air. They could have shown more, but they are teasing everyone so that they will rent or buy the DVD episodes, like the other shows on E!.
